If you're sceptical right now, join the club because I've seen quite a few of these adverts, my favourite being the Acai berry miracle supplement. So I searched the web for a bad review and was amazed that I couldn't find one. However, there are some very fair reviews out there and this is what they have been saying:

I think the most apropriate thing that I can say about Proactol is 'give it a chance and you can lose weight....'.
I used to exercise excessively when I was at uni, which meant I could pig out on crisps, takeouts and alcohol when I was away from the gym! But I guess I wasn't burning all of the calories off In 3 years, I put on 2 & a half stone and an attractive beer belly developed :-)
My gf suggested Proactol after she used it to slim down for her sisters wedding, and after seeing her lose stone I thought 'why not'?
It turned out that I was actually exercising too much, and that by simply cutting down my workouts and taking Proactol, I naturally ate less, felt less hungry throughout the day and had more energy.
That was about 6 months ago and I am now nearly back to my original weight.
I used to exercise excessively when I was at uni, which meant I could pig out on crisps, takeouts and alcohol when I was away from the gym! But I guess I wasn't burning all of the calories off In 3 years, I put on 2 & a half stone and an attractive beer belly developed :-)

I first read about fat binders when I spotted Alli in my local boots, but I was put off by the potential scary side effects!
I read a Proactol review on dietpillsjudged.com that seemed to back up weight loss claims I had seen elsewhere with some scientific evidence.
I took the plunge, and have been taking Proactol for a month so far. I have lost over a stone in a month! With no side effects in sight.

In Conclusion: The only diet that has ever worked for me before has been the Atkins diet, but I hate giving up fruit and vegetables. I'm so impressed with the reviews and testimonials of this product that I am going to give it go myself and see if I can't lose the 6lbs I've put on after giving birth to my son.
The way to make your box last longer seems to be to have one pretty much fat free meal a day. For me this will be breakfast, where I'll just have some fruit and use the tablets for lunch and dinner. I'm hoping that I'll feel fuller when using this product, which should eliminate snacking between meals. So that's my goal. I'm hoping due to Proactol it will be realatively pain and starvation free and if I lose a few pounds, exercise should be a bit easier to complete!
